MAY through September

By Month  —  $750

Includes sewer, water, trash, internet, and access to Nature Coast Landings facilities. The renter is responsible for  electricity (see options to pay electricity below). 

WINTER RATES

OCTOBER THROUGH APRIL

By Month  —  $950

Includes sewer, water, trash, internet, and access to Nature Coast Landings facilities. The renter is responsible for electricity (see options to pay electricity below).

OPTIONS TO PAY ELECTRICITY

• Set up an account with Duke Energy
  • Call 800.700.8744 and tell them you are a renter. They will set up your account and you will tell them the dates you need service. When your service ends, it automatically reverts back to the lot owner.

• Pay a deposit of $200. The deposit is due with the final reservation payment. At the end of each month Florida Sunlot LLC will provide Renter with a copy of that month’s electricity bill. Renter will then submit payment for the electric bill to Florida Sunlot LLC via the Venmo online cash payment app (info regarding use of the app will be provided upon request). The final electric bill will be paid by Florida Sunlot LLC out of the electricity deposit. If the bill is less than the deposit all remaining funds will be refunded to the Renter. If the bill is greater than the deposit the Renter will pay the difference.
