At the same time; you’re just a short distance from many of the outdoor venues and water ways exclusive to the Nature Coast in Florida. Crystal River is well known for its Crystal River National Wildlife Refuge which is where you’ll find a group of clear freshwater springs. Most popular is Three Sisters Springs where you can swim with manatees in the cooler months. You can also go snorkeling, paddling, or kayaking.
You won’t be able to escape the charm of downtown Crystal River as well as many of the surrounding towns. The beauty of this location is its proximity to nature as well as city-life; a short distance away in any direction.
